Work on this album began in winter of 2018 and finally saw completion in mid autumn of the same year. Most of the initial writing and recording took place remotely, while living and traveling overseas. The majority of the writing and recording was done with only a small mobile studio setup.
Final mixing and mastering was completed upon return to the home studio in Calgary, AB, from early September to mid October.

Heliacal ventures in a slightly different direction with this release; experimenting with new sounds, samples, and feel.
The soundscape ever evolves...
